Facilities Management Services for residential and commercial properties are provided by builders to cater to the customer’s needs which have led to the formation of the Builder’s Property Management Services. The Property Management Services provide high quality project maintenance services at a reasonable cost.

The Mechanized House Keeping Services provided by the PMS are cleaning services for individual units which includes residence, apartments, 4 cleanings a month including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, moping and toilet cleaning, cleaning twice a month, one time cleaning, super cleaning i.e. one full day cleaning including pest control services, sole pest control services and spring cleaning. Cleaning services for apartment complex would include sweeping and cleaning of common area, health club, swimming pool area, rest rooms, car parking area, common yard, children’s play area, STP room, LPG room and terrace room. It also includes cleaning and wiping of windows, scrubbing of floors, vacuum cleaning and shampooing of sofa and cushions, car interiors cleaning and laundry services. Cleaning services for Automobile showrooms, educational institutions, recreation centers, restaurant, cleaning services after parties, weddings, house warming or any other special events are also undertaken. The horticulture includes landscaping works and landscaping maintenance works. Home Care services include payment of Property tax, renting out property, resale of property, payments to municipal bodies, corporation, association and other local authorities and payments to KSEB, KWA. Maintenance work includes preventive maintenance like electrical works, mechanical works, plumbing works, carpentry work, painting work etc.
